Helsinki Spain Mentorship Program

Graduating university is an exciting time, but it can also be frustrating because of the uncertainty of your future. This frustration has been exacerbated this 2020 with the current situation, so many of us young people have felt doubtful, tired and with little faith in the near future. However, thanks to the Helsinki Spain Mentorship Program I found not only a source of knowledge about the job market I was going to jump in, but also a huge amount of hope, inspiration and advice that has led me to get my dream internship. Ana Urgoiti has been and continues to be my mentor, together we have had numerous calls where I not only got my professional future right, but also forged a lasting friendship. Thanks to her experience, her knowledge and her valuable advice, I have been able to clarify the path I would like to take, as well as to understand how to get there. Now I have obtained an internship at the International Federation of the Red Cross in Panama, and I am quite sure that everything I have learned with Ana has helped me to get here and continue growing in this area in the future.
I certainly encourage all young people to try the Helsinki Spain Mentorship program, as it will not only help them to clear their minds about their professional future, but they will discover things about themselves that they may not have known, and above all, they will establish a very close relationship with a professional in their area of knowledge that will serve as a great inspiration and motivation to keep fighting for what they want.
